Give Your Booty A Lift

A girlfriend and I were laughing a little about our body shapes the other day.  The lengths we as women go to in order to look our best is sometimes above the top.  However there are some small and affordable items out there that can assist us in flattering our figures.

Some of the common things you may think of when trying to improve your body image would be cosmetics, flattering clothing, jewelry, and fashion accessories.  One of those things you may overlook however is undergarments.

Undergarments can make or break a fabulous outfit.  Think about it how often have you seen a woman with horrid panty lines or a bulge above the bra.  Did it make you shake your head or maybe try to help the poor gal by politely saying something.

While there are many items out there to make your body look smoother and slimmer sometimes you just need a little  more curve in one place or another.  I am sure the first thing that pops into your mind is a push up bra.  There are other items out there to up your curvature.  Doing a little research I came across Booty Pop.

Booty Pop is a panty with a little extra padding to add some lift to your tush.  This is awesome for those of you who have jeans that sag.  You might not need this everyday but how about for an evening out with a fancy dress.

Well there are absolutely solutions for all body types.  Whether you have curves and want to reduce them or you are looking to accentuate what you already have.  Make sure to  make the most of yourself and boost your self image with a little help from your undergarments when you have something special to celebrate!

Soothe Baby’s Bum

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you have a baby in the house you have likely dealt with diaper rash.  And if you have you have likely dealt with some messy product that goes on greasy and smells funny.  There is another option. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste is a non-greasy, lightly scented diaper rash ointment.

The active ingredients in Boudreaux’s are 16% Zinc Oxide and Peruvian Balsam.  The diaper rash treatment is pediatrician recommended and comes in several convenient sizes including: 1oz, 2oz, 3oz and 4oz tubes and a 16oz jar. With so many sizes you are easily able to stock the nursery or pack the diaper bag.  The tubes come with a handy flip top cap to help you avoid a messy situation.

Originally Boudreaux’s Butt Paste was developed by a pharmacist with recommendations by a pediatrician.  It has gained huge popularity and comes highly recommended by celebrities.  You may have seen it featured on…

- Oprah Show
- Tonight Show
- Today Show
- People Magazine
- ESPN
- While You Were Out TLC

In my opinion that is a diverse and impressive list of places to have any product featured.  I am sure Boudreaux’s will be something well received by any mom as a baby gift addition.  You can even get a free sample at Boudreaux’s Butt Paste website.

Well with a flameless candle from Enjoy Lighting there is nothing to worry about.  Some of their candles even have timers so they turn off when you want them too.  A candle from Enjoy Lighting is different in the fact that it is made from real wax and has three LEDs precisely placed and programmed to create a flickering effect that casts dancing shadows just like a real flame.

How I Saved On Eyeglasses

Awhile back I really started to notice that while driving at night my distance vision was getting fuzzier.  It made things really hard to concentrate at times and I figured it was time to get an exam for eyeglasses.

So my hubby and I were talking and figured it was a good time for both of us to go see the optometrist.  He needs glasses all of the time but I don’t.  He called our regular optometrist and scheduled us appointments.  Off we went to get our eyes checked.

It turns out that both of us needed new prescription glasses as our prescriptions had become a little more severe.  Well with raising special needs kids and my staying home money is a little tight.  The thought of spending $300 or more on glasses about sends me through the worry roof.

I had heard a lot however about ordering glasses online. So I thought I would give it a whirl.  At Walmart one pair of single vision glasses for myself after tax would have cost just over $90 with some pretty basic frames.  My only addition would have been anti-glare lenses with that night driving issue it is needed.  Andrew on the other hand is getting older and needs bifocals.  I could hear the cash register screaming feed me!  No way was that happening.  So out of the office we went with prescriptions in hand.

When I got home my fingers hit the keys and my mouse was clicking around trying to find the perfect pair of glasses.  Well we found 3 pair.  Mine are single vision and Andrew has a pair of bifocals and a pair of sunglasses coming.  The total?  We are getting all 3 pair with anti-glare for $93.75 and keep in mind those bifocals are in there as well.  I can’t wait for them to arrive but with all the research I did (even asked the optometrist) I am confident in my choice to purchase glasses online.
