Dreaming of a European Tour

Cheerios® is giving you the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, your ultimate family vacation. As part of a paid promotion for their “Do What You Love” Sweepstakes, Cheerios® is sponsoring my post today about what my ultimate family vacation would be. Read mine, Enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to actually win your own fantasy family trip or one of a bunch of other great prizes.

My husband is dreaming of authentic Italian food and photo opportunities of small villages.  I would love to see fields of tulips in the land of my ancestors, Holland.  The boys are into any place they can find food and music. With all the different cultures finding new food and music the boys love would be absolutely no problem.

Where would you take your family?  Is there anything special about the reason you chose that location?  Leave a comment and let me know where you dream of going.

Don’t forget to enter the “Do What You Love” Sweepstakes, for a chance to win your own ultimate family vacation. I was selected for this sponsorship by the Clever Girls Collective, which endorses Blog With Integrity, as I do.

Don’t Fret The Sweat

Being the parent of a tween sometimes makes me feel like I have landed on another planet.  I just don’t always know where I am navigating.

There are a lot of issues to address like alcohol, drugs, sex and peer pressure.  While those are the most common issues we think of as parents sometime the small things like sweat are overlooked.  But seriously avoid my house after football practice because it stinks!

Praise God help has arrived!  Unilever has published Don’t Fret The Sweat a great website to help moms and dads navigate the conversation about body odor with their tweens.  Not only that but you can find out more info on their products for both boys and girls, coupons and expert advice.  Woooohoooo I am saved!

Get some advice and find the right product match for your tween today.  Don’t delay just save yourself the misery.

Get Parent’s Choice Online

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

When my boys were little I used Parent’s Choice formula. It was easy to find at Walmart when I ran to the store.  The only challenge is I had to drive at least forty minutes to Walmart.  Now you can purchase Parent’s Choice store brand formula at Walmart.com.

There is no charge to ship to your home but you must purchase a case which is four to six cans.  Both powder and ready to feed formulas are available online.

Parent’s Choice formulas offer complete nutrition for infants ages zero to twelve months.  It meets all the FDA guidelines just like the national leading namebrands.  There are also many varieties to give your infant to provide for their specific needs.

If you have an infant or an infant grandchild I hope you have heard about the Similac recalls this week.  Some cans of powdered Similac were found to contain beetles and their larvae.  Honestly that just makes my stomach turn!  This might be an opportune time to switch to generic formula.  With Parent’s Choice being a generic the price is almost half of what Similac or other leading brands cost.

Get Your Shows With TiVo

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of TiVo. All opinions are 100% mine.

It is time for Fall TV Premieres and it never fails when there is one you want to see that something else is happening and you just can’t make it to the television in time.  Well tonight is that night for me.  The Biggest Loser is premiering tonight and I my boys have plans for me.  I really have no desire to do anything other than watch the one and only television show I follow.

Fall TV can be especially hard for many families with school having just started the extra curricular activities are pouring in as well.  About right now I am wishing I had a TiVo to record my favorite show on the evenings I am out at those activities. Not only will TiVo Premiere let you watch your favorite show on your schedule but it helps keep you up to date with the actors through their Internet Movie Database (IMDB).  After catching up you can watch instantly through YouTube, Amazon VOD, Blockbuster, Netflix or your cable provider.

If you are like me and lacking TiVo in  your home you might find it fun to try to Enter to Win one of your own.  You could win  TiVo Slide in the “30 Slides in 30 Days” Sweepstakes which ends September 22, 2010.

If you love TiVo make sure to check out the Facebook Fan Page too.
