My MS Yoga is giving away a limited amount of free workout DVDs.  I love the idea of someone with MS having a workout.  My dad has MS and while I am not sure I could get him to workout at some point this may be something he needs.  Physically he is doing alright but with some people MS attacks them physically first and with yoga being a relaxing type of workout I can see the benefits.  If you know someone who has MS order them a free copy today!
