This week I started using the Body Gospel kit by Beach Body.  Body Gospel is more than an exercise program.  It is a total kit including the following items.

So what do you think?  Isn’t this a great looking kit!  I really love the Total Transformation Guide’s 30-Day workout calendar.  It lets you know which workout to do which day and which days to rest.  It really takes the guess work out of the program.  The devotional and food guides are set up the same way.

This is a starting picture of me.  I am pretty embarassed to put it up here but we all have to start someplace.  I hope to have something better to show you in 30 days.
