I try not to keep too many unhealthy snacks in the house.
My daughter likes apple slices dipped in a half yogurt half cool whip mix.

If I buy healthy stuff they eat healthy stuff
I’m more concerned about them having a high activity level rather than what they eat. Anything can be burned off. However, our daughter does love yogurt and fruit.
make sure they have lots of nuts to snack on, almonds, cashews, etc.
The biggest thing I do is makesure my healthy food ratio exceeds the unhealthy choices. We always have plenty of fruit,vsggies, yogurts and cheese. We limit cookies and candies to an occasional treat.

My grandchildren are young enough that we simply do not offer them an unhealthy snack. We always have fresh fruit and veggies cup up and plenty of yogurt. If we do have something that is not a healthy snack I limit how much they can have.

We try not to buy unhealthy ones. If they arent in the house they aren’t very likely to eat them.

I try to keep the fridge stocked with fruits and veggies to munch on.
I keep plenty of fresh fruit within reach.

I always have fruit cut up un the fridge where my kids can reach it, so they can grab themselves a healthy snack easily.
I keep fresh fruit and vegetables on hand for snacking.
Just stocked up on watermelon, blueberries, and strawberries in the fridge. Fresh fruit for snacking!
