Menu Plan Monday 4/19

Another week is here and I have been so busy lately I feel like I am really ignoring the blog.  It kind of makes me sad but yet I know life happens.  We all need to eat however and I know things run smoother when I have a plan and stick to it.

MONDAY ~ I have a meeting for the financial end of scouting so we will eat early and off I will go.

  • Grilled Pork Loin
  • Steamed Cauliflower
  • Canned Pears

TUESDAY ~ So far this evening is empty.  Things change but I hope to actually catch The Biggest Loser for once.

  • Chef’s Salad with Deli Meat & Veggies
  • Homemade Applesauce

WEDNESDAY ~ This is my evening out with the weigh in girls and Andrew feeds the kids before church and meeting me in town.

  • Hamburger Sandwiches
  • Chips or Carrots

THURSDAY ~ Another free evening I almost can’t believe it!  We will likely play Wii and watch a movie for family time.

  • Pepperoni Pasta Salad
  • Fresh Fruit

FRIDAY ~ The boys are headed to a middle school youth camp with church so Andrew and I are alone.

  • Leftovers

SATURDAY ~ Still alone with Andrew icon wink Menu Plan Monday 4/19

  • Something special but not sure what yet

SUNDAY ~ The boys return and back to chaos!

  • Spaghetti
  • Garlic Bread

Menu Plan Monday

After having a huge sinus issue last week and not feeling like doing a whole lot it is time to get back on track. I am thrilled to say tonights meal is already in the crockpot simmering away.

  • Mushroom Beef Hot Sandwiches with Coleslaw
  • Taco Salads (leftover meal)
  • Hamburger Sandwiches and Corn on the Cob (guy night, I have a meeting)
  • Pork Loin and Broccoli Salad

The rest of the week we are camping so no need for 3 days of meals.  I still have to do the camping grocery shopping but that list is prepared and I am excited to learn to make pizza in a dutch oven.
