It has been two weeks since I put a menu out and while I was gone one week to Mexico the other week I was home only one evening so things wouldn’t have gone so well anyway. This week I am hoping to be back on my routine a bit. I need to clean up some of the fridge and work on eating some more of that large freezer stock.

- Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and Grilled Potato Chunks
- Pork Roast with Marinated Mushrooms
- Spaghetti and Garlic Herb Parm Bread
- Enchilada Bake
- Sloppy Joes with Fries
