Wednesday Weigh In

I am linking up my weigh ins weekly over at Eat, Sweat, Lose and am happy to report a 1.5 pound loss this week. I have really been struggling with my weight but part of me being successful is having a place to be accountable as well. I am determined to make the changes to lose my excess.
