Cheese Yum!

PinExt Cheese Yum!

If any of you know me personally you will know that I LOVE cheese!  When I was contacted by a rep for BeemsterLite cheese last week I was sooooo thrilled.  Now there is cheese and then there is CHEESE!  If you are a cheese lover you definately know the difference.  You can even find fake cheese if you would even want to go that route but I can’t understand that one.   Onto my experience with the BeemsterLite.

BeemsterLite is a “gouda like” cheese.  Yum Yum.  Oh I said that already didn’t I?  It is aged 5 months (to make it yummy) and has 33% less fat than regular gouda cheeses.  This is like cheating on calories while savoring cheese.  Okay I might be a cheese freak.  If you are not quite as big of a freak as me and really need some cheese help why not go sign up for the free pairing guide Beemster is offering.  It will help you decide what to pair with your preferred cheese flavor from fruits to wines.

Do you love cheese or maybe you just are curious after my Yum announcements.  Well Beemster is going to ship one lucky winner some great Lite cheese.  Wooooohoooooo free cheese for one of you!  Here goes try to win it!

  3. Okay, now I’m hungry. lol! I was having some serious issues with the website, so I’m going with something on the front page (the other pages wouldn’t load for me). Beef enchiladas I would most likely make it as chicken enchiladas though. ;)
