Well Jess is in the kitchen finishing up his chore of dishes and I am glad I am not the one having to do them although I was considerate and rinsed all the dishes well.
I finished the following…
- Shredded 10 bags of zucchini
- Cooked 5 bags of taco meat
- Made a double batch of broccoli cheese soup
- Made two dozen applesauce pancakes
I think I made a pretty good start on this but there is still a lot to do tomorrow. The rest of the meat for chislic and meatballs is thawing along with the rhubarb that I dug out of the freezer. Have a good night! I know I am wiped out and still have more to do.
