I have to say I am very excited to have my stove back. I love my crockpot but I would rather have options and sometimes a quick stovetop meal is great. This is going to be a short week because our family is going to visit family in another state.
- Enchiladas (Ethan has been begging for them)
- Stovetop Pasta (my version of hamburger helper and I basically dump whatever into it)
- Grilled Sandwhiches (for the road)
