What to do…

by Heather on August 29, 2009

when your kids are driving you so nuts you want to lock them in a closet?  Well that is what I am asking myself right now.  They are loud and obnoxious.  It is dark so I can’t send them outside but I am about to tell them to go to bed.  Being tween/teen boys they are determined they are still hungry after eating half of a pizza each (16″ pizza at that).  I am doing my best to not yell but sometimes I wonder what to do with this age of kids who just don’t settle down and then get an attitude with you when you say something.

My conclusion…breathe deeply and pop an Excedrin or two.  I am just lost and can’t think of what else to do so say a prayer I survive another evening of wired boys!

Maybe you could play Hide and Seek and you can hide in the closet. I know the feeling. A little quiet is needed every now and then. My 17 month old would find me in seconds though.
